Terms of service

Effective 2026-08-30. Klarru is operated by [Company or trading name] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Klarru for a company, you are agreeing on its behalf.

What Klarru is — and is not

Klarru is a modelling tool. It takes the numbers you give it — traffic, conversion rates, prices, costs — and calculates what a funnel built on those numbers would produce. The results are a projection of your assumptions, not a prediction of your business. Real campaigns differ from any model, often by a lot. Decisions about what to spend and what to sell are yours, and we are not responsible for the outcome of a campaign you ran after modelling it here.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. One person per account — a team uses one account each, or a shared one at their own risk. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans and payment

Three plans: Starter at $29 per month (up to 10 projects and 2 scenarios per project), Pro at $49 per month (no limits), and Lifetime at $199 paid once. Prices are in USD and exclude any tax your country adds at checkout. Payment is taken by Whop under Whop’s own terms.

• Starter and Pro renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. Moving from Starter to Pro takes effect at once.
• Lifetime means the lifetime of Klarru: one payment, access for as long as the product is offered, every update included, with the same allowances as Pro. It is offered to the first 1,000 customers only and is not transferable to another person.
• Refunds. Within 14 days of your first payment on either plan, write to [support email] and we refund it in full, no questions. After that, monthly payments already made are not refunded, and a lifetime purchase is final.
• We may change prices for new purchases at any time. A price change never affects a lifetime purchase already made, and affects a monthly plan only from its next renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Your projects stay yours

Everything you build in Klarru belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and for nothing else. When a plan ends, your projects are kept, untouched, and are there again the moment you renew — a lapsed account loses the editor, never its data. If we ever discontinue Klarru, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and provide a way to take your projects with you before the end.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share one account between many people, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Klarru available and your data safe, and we keep versioned backups of every project. Even so, the service is provided as it is; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business — which, for a tool that models profit, bears saying twice.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan from the account page and, if you wish, asking us to delete your account (see the privacy page). We can end it if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use Klarru after that date means you accept them. The effective date above is the date of the current text.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [Country whose law applies], and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection your own country’s consumer law gives you.
