Privacy

How Klarru handles your data. Short, because there is not much of it.

Effective 2026-08-30. Klarru is operated by [Company or trading name], [Postal address]. Questions: [support email].

What we collect, and why

Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and we store them so that your projects have an owner and so that we can write to you about your account. If you sign up with an email address and password, the password is held by our sign-in provider (Supabase) in hashed form; we never see it.

Your projects. Everything you build — the funnels, their numbers, scenarios, recorded results, notes, folder names — is stored so that it is there when you come back, on any device. This is the product; it is not used for anything else, not read by us except to help you at your request, and not shared with anyone.

Payment. Payments are taken by Whop. Your card details go to Whop and never touch our servers. What we keep is which plan you bought, whether it is active, its renewal date, and Whop’s reference for the membership — enough to answer “did this person pay” and to sort out a support question.

Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. We do not build profiles, we do not sell or rent data, and we do not send you marketing email you did not ask for.

Cookies and browser storage

One cookie: your sign-in session, which is httpOnly so scripts on the page cannot read it. Your browser also keeps a local copy of your projects so the app opens instantly and works through a dropped connection; it holds nothing about you that the server does not, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Where it lives

Projects and account records are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Paris). Sign-in is handled by Supabase and Google; payments by Whop. Each of them processes only what its job requires, under its own privacy policy.

Your data is yours

  • See it. Everything we hold about you is what you see in the app: your profile on the account page and your projects on the projects page. Write to us for a copy of your data in a machine-readable form and we will send it within 30 days.
  • Correct it. Your name and picture come from Google; change them there and they update on your next sign-in.
  • Delete it. Write to [support email] from your account’s email address and we will delete your account, your projects and your profile within 14 days. Payment records stay with Whop for as long as tax law requires them to.

Retention

Your projects are kept for as long as your account exists, including while a plan has lapsed, so that renewing brings them back exactly as they were. When a project is saved over or deleted, the previous version is kept for a short while as a safety net (the last ten versions) so that a mistake is recoverable, then pruned. Account records are deleted with the account.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so at the top and, for anything that affects what we keep, by email. The effective date above is the date of the current text.
